Chef Slawek has over 20 years of experience working in some of London's top Michelin-starred kitchens, including Galvin La Chapelle and alongside Eric Chavot. He also spent time at The Arts Club and Mister Nice, building a strong foundation in high-end dining.

Most recently Head Chef at Silva Restaurant, he led the team to earn a Michelin Guide listing and 2 AA Rosettes, reflecting his focus on quality ingredients and consistent, flavour-led cooking.

He is now focusing on private dining, creating tailored menus and bespoke experiences for clients, bringing restaurant-level cooking into more personal settings.

His style is rooted in classic technique with a modern touch, always letting the ingredients take centre stage.
